Partners

Friedland + Briggs is a business partnership between Curt Friedland and Sue Briggs. Founder Curt Friedland began commercial appraising in 1984, and formed Curt Friedland & Associates in 1991. His long-time associate, Sue Briggs, was made a full partner in 2010. The partnership is predicated on the solid agreement to provide outstanding service to clients.

Curt Friedland (photo) is a native Texan, born in San Antonio. He attended The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with a degree in economics, and is a Licensed Broker and Appraisor. He is also a partner in Friedland :: Kwan, a company dedicated to assisting individuals and companies in their entrepreneurial efforts to bring products and services to China, or reciprocally to the United States. He has a passion for sailing, and appreciates playing golf and traveling.

Sue Briggs (photo) is a native of Rochester, Minnesota. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in economics, and has worked as a professional appraiser since 1984. She and her husband love to travel, play golf, and explore the culinary world.
